 I apologize for the late arrival of your rental items. Your point is well taken. If our delivery truck is going to be late, for any reason, a phone call to advise customers with an estimated time of arrival is a very good idea.
On time deliveries are always a priority for our dispatch department. Sometimes delays are unavoidable and that is why we prefer to deliver your equipment the day before your event.
While it is true our office hours end at 5pm, our after hours emergency numbers are listed on the message.
